It does not matter how hard or smart you workout if you do not take care of yourself before and after the workout. While many have accepted the fact that you cannot exercise your way out of a poor diet, most do not realize that they are performing their WODs with the emergency break on. The aim of this workshop is to help expose those areas of your movement that have the breaks on and give you simple techniques and easy to implement strategies to help you perform at your best.
The workshop will begin by putting all attendees through the Functional Movement Screen.
From there we will cover strategies and techniques for improving mobility in your sliding surfaces and increasing your functional range of motion through:
-Lacrosse Ball Work
This will be much more than a long day on a lacrosse ball and jump stretch band!
