Kettlebell Workshop

 

Kettlebells are more than just a cannonball with handles. They are diverse tools used to safely and effectively train every basic human movement pattern. Learning to properly handle a Kettlebell will not only increase your performance on the daily workouts, but will lead to better understanding of your own movement that you can apply to life outside of the gym!

Join Matt Hoff RKC for a hands on, four hour exploration into the Kettlebell and basic human movement. Come prepared to work and to learn.

2 Hour Crossfit Workshop-

This workshop will cover in a safe and logical progression:

American Swing

One Armed Swing

Hand to Hand Swing

Double Kettlebell Swing

The Kettlebell Clean

The Double Kettlebell Clean

 All with a focus on efficiency of movement for Crossfit workouts
