Seared Tuna on top of Mango Broccoli
I really suck at photography
This was a meal my roommate and I tag teamed after the gym. Yea, we are that cool that we split cooking responsibilities after going to the gym.
We got some sushi grade Ahi Tuna from the Fresh Market and seared it.
To make the mango-broccoli mix, I diced the mango and cut the broccoli into floret’s. I added the broccoli to a pan on a high heat that had 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in it. Once most of the broccoli was cooked, I added half of a mango’s worth of diced fruit into the pan. I also added ginger and sesame seeds and cooked for about two to three minutes on a high heat.
We topped it off with some tuna, which was done and mostly eaten before the broccoli was ready.
The two paired pretty well together.
